About a month or so ago I placed an order online to be shipped via a US shipper all the way to me here in Bermuda.
When my package was received it was missing a 3 oz roll-on oil. I immediately notified owner and she promised to send it in my next order (regular customer). To my surprise I got a call from Lennette Warner of Impressions a local natural hair specialist
who also orders from Pretti Phizziez. She told me that Pretti Phizziez had sent my oil in her latest shipment. Now I was expecting the 3 oz oil BUT instead I received an 8 oz bottle of the oil and a jar of my daughter's favorite pineapple Glaze gel. To top it off it was sent with a handwritten note.
